• Wayne L. Manning, President: Mr. Manning has over 17 years of experience in the Security Industry. He is an alumnus of the historical Marion Military College. He is responsible for the overall development of the company's four divisions. Clients have come to rely on Mr. Manning's personal care and hands on approach. He also works very closely with the sales and marketing department to strategize on new business and marketing techniques. Mr. Manning continues to educate himself and his staff on the latest methodologies in this ever changing industry.

As a security guard, your work may be in banks, hotels, hospitals, retail stores, restaurants, bars and schools, or for building-management companies and governments. While there are no academic requirements to become a security guard, Manning & Associates strives to employ personnel in possession of a 2-year associate's degree, or a 1-to-2 semester certificate program in a criminal justice-related area.
