All employees of MASS undertake a thorough drug and background check prior to employment. At MASS it is vital that we maintain the integrity of security, and we do not compromise the trust and confidence that our customers put in our establishment. Here are the requirements for pre-employment and screening prior to an assignment.

  • Pre-employment screening                             
  • Must have Proof of U.S. citizenship
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Must have High School Diploma or GED
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Must not have a criminal record
  • Must have telephone services
  • Last 7 years criminal background check
  • Last five years of employment history
  • Last five years of residents
  • Personal reference checks
  • Motor Vehicle Report
  • Pre-employment drug testing and on- going random drug testing.
